1958 Allied Bakeries acquired 80 percent of the shares of the company which, amongst other things, made Sunbrite margarine and Cottage brand products[2]
1962 Acquired Beulahs, canners of King's Lynn[3]
1962 Name changed to Food Securities Ltd, reflecting the diversification of the business[4]
