'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Joseph Harrison Pickering and George William Statham, carrying on business in copartnership as Boot and Shoe Manufacturers, at Leicester, in the county of Leicester, under the style or firm of Pickering and Statham, was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
