1869 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Joseph Harrison Pickering and George William Statham, carrying on business in copartnership as Boot and Shoe Manufacturers, at Leicester, in the county of Leicester, under the style or firm of Pickering and Statham, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and from the said late firm will be received and paid by the said George William Statham, who will in future carry on the said business on his own account...'[1]
