1867 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Edward Wood, Joseph Harrison Pickering, and George William Statham, carrying on business as Boot and Shoe Manufacturers, at Leicester, in the county of Leicester, under the style or firm of Wood, Pickering, and Co., has been this day dissolved by mutual consent, so far as the said Edward Wood is concerned. All debts due and owing to and by the said partnership concern will be paid and received by the said Joseph Harrison Pickering and George William Statham, by whom the business will be carried on...'[1]
