1919 The Pitlochry Motor Company, carrying on business as motor and cycle agents and motor engineers at Pitlochry, was dissolved on the retiral from the business of John Kennedy. The business was continued under the same name by Marcus Crown Russell and John Nicoll.[1]

1929 Pitlochry Motor Company Limited was registered as a private company, with capital of £25,000, to acquire the business of the Pitlochry Motor Company and to carry on the business of running motor omnibuses and other vehicles.[2]

1942 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[3]
