1901 Patent application. H. W. Clarke, improvements and relating to clutches for variable speed snd reversing roars tor antomobiles and other machines.[2]
1903 Launched the 'Powerful' motorcycle using a 2.25 Buchet engine. This motorcycle was produced between 1903 and 1905. The first machines were fitted with a 2.35hp Buchet engine, inclined and mounted above the downtube. Other engines were available by request. The make was short lived.
1903 April. H. W. Clark of H. W. Clark and Co of Coventry met with an accident neat Kew Bridge. Recovered.[3]
