1860 Dissolution of the Partnership between William Pursall, Philip Phillips and John Phillips carrying on the business of Percussion Cap and Cartridge Makers at Birmingham, under the style or firm of Pursall, Phillips, and Son, by mutual consent. All debts due to or from the said firm will be received and paid by the said Philip Phillips and John Phillips.[1]
