1857 Dissolution of the Partnership between Richard William Johnson and Thomas William Kinder, under the style and firm of the Railway Carriage Company. The business hereafter will be carried on by the said Richard William Johnson, under the style aforesaid, and who is empowered to discharge and to receive all debts due by and to the said copartnership concern.[1]

1872 A petition for confirming a resolution reducing the capital of the Railway Carriage Company Limited was presented to the Master of the Rolls[2]

Presumably succeeded by the Oldbury Railway Carriage and Wagon Co

1885 Was a creditor of the Brighton District Tramways Co[3]
