'... the Partnership heretofore existing and carried on between and by us the undersigned, Joseph Reynolds and Henry Allen, of the city of Gloucester, Millers and Mealmen, carrying on business as Millers and Mealmen, at the City Flour Mills, Gloucester aforesaid, under the style or firm of Reynolds and Allen, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent, and that the said business will from henceforth be carried on by Vincent Reynolds, John Allen, and Francis Tring Pearce, at the said City Floor Mills, Gloucester aforesaid, under the style or firm of Reynolds and Allen...'[1]
