1891 Founded by Henry Ritchie, John Graham and William Milne at Craighton Road, Govan.[1]

1895 Moved to Whiteinch.[2]

Henry's brother, William Ritchie became a partner on the retirement of Graham and Milne.[3]

1912 Shipbuilders

1922 a branch of the Rennie, Ritchie and Newport Shipbuilding Co Ltd.

1922 Products: Barges (steam or sail), coasters, trawlers, tugs, stern and sidewheel steamers, launches pontoons, etc. Speciality: vessels for shipment in pieces.
