ROLAND CHARLES HARDING died at his home in Llantarnam, Monmouthshire, in September, 1935, at the age of fifty-one.

He was the youngest son of the late Mr. Joshua Harding, of Stoke-on-Trent, and received his training with Messrs. Robert Heath and Sons; later he became Managing Director of the firm.

In 1930 he became general manager of the Rogerstone Works of Messrs. Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds, Ltd., which position he held at his death.

He joined the Iron and Steel Institute in 1912.
