Produced the Pony 4.25 HP monocar with a Precision engine.
1912 July. Details of the cyclecar with 8-hp JAP two-cylinder engine.[1]
1913 April. Business moved to 314 Bradford Street
1913 June. Warne, Wright and Rowland took additional shares in the business
1913 July 13th. Resolved to seek a winding up orer
