1911 December. Company formed by Warne, Wright and Rowland with investors Alfred Cecil Wright, John David Rowland and Gerald Churchill Sambridge

Took premises at 140 Conybere Street, Birmingham

Produced the Pony 4.25 HP monocar with a Precision engine.

1912 July. Details of the cyclecar with 8-hp JAP two-cylinder engine.[1]

1913 April. Business moved to 314 Bradford Street

1913 June. Warne, Wright and Rowland took additional shares in the business

1913 July 13th. Resolved to seek a winding up orer
