1901 Established in London. It was a huge publisher of real photo postcards. One of their unique novelty postcards was a 1¾ inch x 5½ inch (4.4cm x 13.9cm) photo series of bookmark cards.
Most seem to have been posted in the 1903-04 period.
1921 Amalgamated Photographic Manufacturers Ltd was formed, bringing together seven British companies[3]:
- Kershaw Optical Co;
- A. Kershaw and Son;
- Marion and Foulger;
- Rotary Photographic Co;
- Rajar;
- Paget Prize Plate Co;
- Marion and Co
1928 A new organisation was formed, called APeM (Amalgamated Photographic Equipment Manufacturers ), consisting of Rotary Photographic Co, Rajar, Paget Prize Plate Co and Marion and Co.
1929 APeM subsequently became part of Ilford
