'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Samuel Woodall and Thomas Turley Woodall, carrying on business at the Windmill Works, Dudley, in the county of Worcester, as Boiler, Bridge, and Roofing Manufacturers, under the style of S. and T. Woodall, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due and owing to and from the said partnership will be received and paid by the said Thomas Turley Woodall, by whom the said business will in future be carried on...'[1]
