1884 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Andrew Samuel Sansom, William Benjamin Teale, and William Andrews, in the trade of Manufacturers of Bicycle and other fittings, at the Premier Works, Salop street, Highgate, Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, under the style or firm of Sansom, Teale, and Co., has been this day dissolved so far as regards the said William Andrews, who retires therefrom. And that the said business will be continued by the said Andrew Samuel Sansom and William Benjamin Teale, under the same style...'[1]
