1895 William Andrews and Henry Pattman Trueman, both of Victoria Cycle Works, Aston, patented "Improvements in the Construction of Sprocket Wheel and Chain Gearing"

1897 William Andrews Limited was in liquidation. The undertaking was sold to the Sanspareil Cycle Co. Limited.[1]

1899 Mr. Andrews and the Swerdna wheel for car and motorcycles.[2]

1899 Andrews, W., and Sanspareil Cycle Co. patented "Improvements in or relating to Brakes and Steering Locks for Velocipedes."
