Saunders-Roe and Nuclear Enterprises

1959 Saunders-Roe and Nuclear Enterprises was formed as jointly-owned company by Westland Aircraft Ltd and Nuclear Enterprises (G.B.) Ltd[1][2].

1964 Licenced the Betalight to St. Gobain Nucleaire of France for manufacture and sale in certain European countries.

1968 Nuclear Enterprises gave up its minority stake in the company which was renamed Saunders-Roe Developments[3]
