1875 dissolution of the Partnership between Edward Robson, Henry Cochrane, John Cochrane, and George Wythes, as Workers and Sellers of Ironstone, under the style or firm of the Stanghow Ironstone Company, and carried on at or near Stanghow, in the county of York; the business was carried on under the same style or firm by George Wythes[1]
c.1876 Downey and Co took over the Stanghow Ironstone mines at Boosbek from the trustees of the late George Wythes
