Stone-Manganese Marine, of Birkenhead, joint venture between Stone-Platt Industries and Manganese Bronze and Brass Co to handle all their marine related engineering.

1960 Formation of Stone-Manganese Marine to handle overseas sale of marine products of Manganese Bronze and Brass Co, J. Stone and Co (Propellors), Bulls Metal and Marine, and Steven and Struthers[1].

1968 Recently extended works to make marine propellers up to 36 feet in diameter with a finished weight of 80 tons [2]
