'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Howard Joseph Harding and George FitzEdward Summers, carrying on business as Motorcar Manufacturers, etc., at Old Oak-lane, Willesden Junction, N.W., under the style or firm of "HARDING AND SUMMERS," has been dissolved by mutual consent...'[3]
