'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Henry Ernest Braime and Thomas Fletcher Braime, carrying on business at the Northern Works, Hunslet, in Leeds, in the county of York, as Manufacturers of Oil Cans and Ships' Lamps, has been dissolved, as and from the 1st day of January, 1891, by mutual consent. All debts due and owing to or from the said firm will be received and paid by the said Thomas Fletcher Braime, who will continue the said business at the same works on his own account, under the style or firm of T.
