1913 Obituary [1]

THOMAS EASTON DEVONSHIRE, born on the 3rd December, 1858, died at Chislehurst on the 1st April, 1913. Trained under Easton and Anderson, he was subsequently employed by them on the construction of various waterworks installations.

He afterwards became Engineer and Manager of the Antwerp Waterworks, and was for many years chairman of the company and a director of several other water-supply undertakings. He was a past-president of the Institution of Water Engineers.

Mr. Devonshire was elected an Associate Member of The Institution on the 1st May, 1883.
