1895 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Thomas Edward Marshall, John Makeague and Edward Francis Hunter carrying on business as Machinists and Proprietors of French Patents for Drosophore Humidifiers at Springfield-lane Salford in the county of Lancaster and 38 Rue du Louvre Paris in the Republic of France formerly under the style or firm of the French Drosophore Co. but lately under that of Thomas Edward Marshall and Company has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 30th day of September 1895 so far as regards the said Thomas Edward Marshal who retires from the firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said John Makeague and Edward Francis Hunter who will continue the said businesses at the above addresses under the style or firm of Marshall and Company...'[1]
