Tonkin

From Graces Guide

Tonkin was a motorcycle produced in 2003, by Steve Tonkin.

The concept was to build a road machine based on a racing one. This particular machine took a Matchless G50 engine, five-speed BSA-type Gold Star gearbox, belt primary drive and dry clutch and fit them all into a Titchmarsh Mk III Seeley replica frame with Ceriani front forks, drum brake and conical rear hub. The result was called the Typhoon and had the finest of detail fittings, similar in style and line to the Seeley Condor.
