1960s Elastic Rail Spike Co owned 50 percent of the shares in the company

1970 Elastic Rail Spike Co acquired the rest of the shares

Mid-1970s Developed high technology mining equipment - hydraulic hard rock drilling machinery and drilling rig.

1978 Company separated from Pandrol. Supplies a range of drills, rigs and booms, and complete drilling systems for use in the blasthole system of hard rock mining.

1981 Perard Torque Tension Ltd was formed by merger between Torque Tension Ltd and Perard Engineering Ltd.

1987 In liquidation[1]
