Tucker Fasteners

1974 George Tucker Eyelet Co changed their name to Tucker Fasteners.[1]

1975 Emhart Corporation acquired United Shoe Machinery Corporation and with it gained control of British United Shoe Machinery Co and its subsidiary Tucker Fasteners.[2]

1989 Black and Decker acquired the Emhart Corporation and with it Tucker Fasteners.[3]

2013 Birmingham factory was closed and production transferred abroad.[4]
