1901 The company was incorporated.

1908 The "tramways" cannot be purchased by any local authority unless they all concur. The "tramroad" is the company's freehold property, and is not subject to purchase by the local authorities. The length of the lines is 10.75 miles and is worked by electricity. [1]

1936 No longer operated tramways or tramroads but operated motor bus services. Acquired by Northern General Transport Co[2]
