1930 Incorporated as a public company to acquire 3 small companies engaged in canning English vegetables[1]

1945 Acquired J. and J. Beaulah Ltd[2] but that operated as an entirely separate entreprise[3]

1962 Sold Beaulah to Lockwoods Foods.[4]

1962 Winding up order made against United Canners. Its canning business had previously been transferred to J. & J. Beaulah Ltd.[5]
