1946 General Aircraft brought together two of its subsidiaries Airtraining (Fair Oaks) Ltd and Airtraining (Oxford) Ltd in a new company Universal Flying Services[1]

1947 Operated a training school for the Air Ministry and was developing civil flying club[2]

1948 Air charter activities were suspended under the new government rules[3]
