1883 Usk Shipbuilding Company Limited was registered, with capital of £20,000, with the intention of acquiring the works of the Usk Shipbuilding Co, and to carry on business as shipbuilders and repairers, engineers, boiler makers, dock owners and shipowners.[1]

1891 The company was struck off and dissolved.[2]
