- Sir Vincent Caillard - D.L. Director (also director of Vickers).
- Mr W. F. Sadler and Mr J. Kerr Bock - Joint managing directors.
- Commander C. W. Craven - R.N. Director (also director of Vickers).
- Mr G. T. Williamson - General manager.
