1891/92 Listed as: Victoria Cycle Company - cycle manufacturers and machine agents, &c. Works: 727 Duke Street. Branches: 210 Great Western Road & 234 Paisley Road, West; William C. Wark, house 134 Ingleby Drive, Dennistoun.[1]

1899 The company was registered on 26 April, as the Victoria Cycle Co, in reconstruction of the New Victoria Cycle Manufacturing Co of Scotland. [2]

1906 The name was changed to Victoria Motor and Cycle Co.
