Gromit. No 7247. Built 1912. Reg No: HO 6417. 5 nhp, 11.5 tons, Single Cylinder Steam Roller.

1912. This engine was supplied new to George Ewans.[1]

1931. Returned to Wallis and Steevens Works.

1933. Sold to F. R. Godden of Surrey.

1959. Sold to J. Alde of Horsham.

By 1977 was with James Lee of Surrey.

1986. Sold to scrap merchants J. W. Hardwick. They sold her to David Hall of Surrey, who fitted a new firebox, front section of boiler barrel, tube plate and tubes.

2005. Purchased by Preston Services, then sold to David Eves of Hampshire.

September 2006. Purchased by Ben Jacka of Camborne. Overhauled by Scott Yeo of Ponsanooth, Cornwall. New rear tyres, new back axle, second shaft and gengeral engineering work.

April 2007. Work completed.
