1935 John Rigby and Co (Gunmakers) Ltd (also trading as Walter D. Fair & Co.) was in liquidation[1]
Presumably the company of Walter Desmond Fair (1873-1950) who, in 1939, described himself as Mechanical Engineer, Late Manufacturer of Petrol Marine Engines as Managing Director[2]
