'...the Partnership heretofore existing between us the undersigned, Joseph Wethered, Handel Cossham, and Henry Wethered, all of the city of Bristol, Colliery Proprietors and Merchants (the firm being known as Wethered, Cossham, and Wethered), was this day dissolved by mutual consent so far as regards the said Henry Wethered. And notice is also hereby given, that the said Joseph Wethered and Handel Cossham will continue to carry on the business at their present offices, in the said city of Bristol, as Wethered, Cossham, and Wethered, on their own account, and it is requested that all debts due to the late firm of Wethered, Cossham, and Wethered, may be paid to the said Joseph Wethered and Handel Cossham, who will pay the debts due from that firm...'[1]
