1901 Gilbert Fox Allom joined his brother as a partner in the firm, interior decorators.

Their decorating work led to growing activity in domestic lighting.

1905 Gilbert Fox Allom formed a separate company under the name of Allom Brothers to carry out electrical contracts in conjunction with White, Allom and Co.

1938 Formed a new subsidiary White Allom Aircraft

WWII Manufactured parts for the De Havilland Mosquito

1960 Merged with Holloway Brothers (London) to form Holloway White Allom

1964 Acquired by John Laing and Son
