'...a General Meeting of the Members of the Whitecross Wire and Iron Company Limited' will, pursuant to section 142 of the Companies Act, 1862, be held on Wednesday, the 27th day of April, 1887, at one o'clock in the afternoon, at the registered office of the Whitecross Company Limited, Milner-street, Warrington, in the county of Lancaster, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator's account, showing the manner in which the winding up of the Whitecross Wire and Iron Company, Limited has been conducted...'[1]
