1957 New subsidiary established of Wickman Ltd. Wickman's manufacturing activity was transferred to Wickman Machine Tool Manufacturing Co so that the parent company could concentrate on selling and design of applications for the wide variety of machines sold at home and abroad[1]

Sales were later handled by another subsidiary Wickman Machine Tool Sales

Later became John Brown Machine Tools.[2]
