It was registered on the 20th ult. with capital of £5,000 in shares. The subscribers [and number of shares] are William Young, Brockley Park, Queen's County, Ireland [197]; D. N. Arnold, Shrewsbury, engineer [190]; W. H. Willans, Sheffield, steel manufacturer [1]; Mrs. E. P. Arnold, Shrewsbury [1]; J. O. Arnold, Broomhall Park, York, analyst [1]; W. Kirk, Galway [1]; J. W. Young, Brockley Park, Queen's County, Ireland [1]. The number of directors is to be two, the first are Messrs. William Young and D. N. Arnold; qualification, 50 fully paid shares.'[1]
