1897 Incorporated, with capital of £70,000, as William Foulds and Co Limited "to acquire and take over as a going concern the business of wine and spirit brokers, agents, merchants, distillers, and bonded warehousemen, now carried on at Paisley, Greenock, Ardrishaig and Manchester by William Foulds and Co".
1917 The company went into voluntary liquidation in December. The Glenfyne Distillery was subsequently acquired by Robertson and Baxter.
