1905-9 Chief Engineer with Simms-Bosch

1910-15 Engineer with Remy Electric Co., U.S.A.,

WWI Served at Air Ministry on Special Duties during war.

1919-25 Managing Director Delco-Remy, London.

1919-25 Consulting Engineer, General Motors Corporation.

1926-28 General Manager, Vauxhall Motors Ltd.

Managing Director, Delco-Remy-Hyatt, 1926-30 and Chairman 1932-39.

1939-43 Managing Director, Frigidaire Ltd.,

1948-50 Consultant Engineer, Ford Motor Co., Dagenham.

Inventor of Bendix Inertia Pinion, and of Vacuum Control, Ignition and other patents. Author of I.A.E. Paper "Aesthetics of Body Design."
