1954 Acquired Birchley Rolling Mills Ltd from the Holding and Realisation Agency[2].
1954 Company sold by the Holding and Realisation Agency to Thomas W. Ward[3].
1955 After the acquisition of Wolverhampton Steel and Iron Company by Thomas W. Ward, Birchley Rolling Mills was integrated into it, forming Wolverhampton and Birchley Rolling Mills Ltd[4].
