1899 Public company. The company was registered on 20 February, to take over certain businesses of umbrella-rib manufacturers, and manufacturers of steel saws and file in Birmingham and Sheffield respectively. [1]

1902 As from 30 June, other businesses, including Corder and Turley were taken over.

1961 Manufacturers of metal smallwares, furniture and tubes, umbrella components and metal pressings. [2]
