1907 Incorporated as a limited company under the name Rownson, Drew and Clydesdale Ltd.

1914 Hardware Merchants, Engineers and Athletic Goods Manufacturers. Specialities: elevators and conveyors for loading and unloading ships and other purposes (engineering department), "Gofky" and tennis goods etc. (athletic department). [1]

1960 Baker, Perkins acquired the machinery division of builders merchants Rownson, Drew and Clydesdale and renamed it Rownson (Conveyors) Ltd
