1968 Became part of GEC-Elliott Automation[1]

1978 GEC-Elliot Control Valves made some Fisher valves under licence from Fisher Controls of USA[2]

1979 Formation of Fisher International, brought together Fisher Controls and GEC's process controls and control valve division.[3]. This involved GEC-Elliot Control Valves and GEC-Marconi Process Control at Leicester and Lewisham.[4]
