Philip Foale Rowsell (c1865-1946) of Holman, Ham and Co

Born the son of Benjamin Rowsell, a Wood carver.

1911 Living at Nutbrook, Withycombe, Exmouth: Philip Foale Rowsell (age 46 born Yeovil), Manufacturing Chemist. With his wife Florence Elizabeth Rowsell and son Philip Donald Rowsell (age 3 born Exmouth).[1]

1937 Married (2) to Florence Mary Norton.[2]
