A subsidiary of Pillar Engineering
1971 Company incorporated to acquire Liver-Simpson (Galvanizers), Metaltreat, Manchester Galvanizing[1] and Burnell Galvanizing[2]. RTZ Pillar Group to own 60 percent of Pillar-Wedge; B. E. Wedge Holdings would own 9 percent; Matthew Swain would own 10 percent; individual shareholders own 21 percent.
