1927 Remington Typewriter Company merged with Rand Kardex Company to form Remington Rand, to manufacture office equipment. Later became a major computer company. Also acquired the Powers Accounting Machine Company which became known as the "Tabulating Machine Division" of Remington. Later renamed Unisys
1986 Burroughs Machines merged with Sperry Rand to form Unisys Corporation.
1986 Sold the Sperry Aerospace Division to Honeywell[1]
