1962 Yorkshire Imperial Metals registered the new company Yorkshire Imperial Plastics[1]

1963 ICI would invest £1million in the company which would be developed jointly with Yorkshire Imperial Metals, taking over all of the plastics interests of that company, in plastic pipes and fittings for building applications

1967 ICI transferred its stake in the company to Yorkshire Imperial Metals[2]

1969 Part of IMI Group

1988 Sold to Uponor, the British arm of the Finnish company of similar name[3].
