1953 With James A. Jobling and Co formed a private company Q. V. F. which, amongst other things, handled the marketing of glass pipeline made by James A. Jobling and Co[3]
1958 James A. Jobling and Co acquired the company from Triplex; Joblings had related interests in laboratory glassware and had been the sole supplier of raw materials to Quickfit [4]
