Livingstone and Cooper was a shipbuilding company based at Hessle, East Riding, Yorkshire, England. It was initially operated by the Cooper family  before becoming a parntership at the end of the 1900s.

However, this soon ran out and during the 1920s the yard built whatever it was asked to do. Livingstone and Cooper of Hessle was a shipbuilding company.

Initially operated by the Cooper family

c.1910 Became a partnership

Up to WWI the yard built standard coasters and five "Saint" class naval tugs. It then went on to build a series of coasters. However, this work soon ran out.
